2D LAMP INITIAL DESIGN

Since entering an initial design for a flat pack lamp in the 2009 Lightcycle competition in Melbourne and not winning (but being one of several lights to win a people's choice award) we have been developing the idea.

Lamps are made from marine ply and come in three sizes. They are cut by machine and finished by hand.

To date we have made 2 large lamps (1800mm high), 4 medium lamps (600mm high) and 4 baby lamps (240mm high) – all living happily in people's homes. 

We are currently making a new batch with an LED light source and an acrylic diffuser.
