Community infrastructure project for creative and education-based activities in Brunswick, Australia. Siteworks provides a range of facilities within a former college and heritage-listed house, for skills sharing, ideas generation, experimental teaching and technology-related development.
86,000sq metre Arkose Sandstone quarry under licence and currently undergoing rehabilitation. The Quarry has been in operation since the late 19th century as a source for local stone for road and rail building to the Colac and Otway Ranges region. The Quarry is being established as a site for experimental projects and arts and architecture residencies, that contribute to the development of alternative modes of rehabilitation.
Testing Grounds is a state government Creative Infrastructure project and program, providing spaces for testing and experimentation of creative projects. Since 2013, the site has has provided a backdrop for education and ideas-generation across a range of subjects.
